* After you have submitted this Request Form, a member of our staff will contact you by e-mail with an authorization to send your saddle.
* If your saddle is accepted, please print the e-mail that this form generates, and send it in with your saddle.
*We will take saddles on commission only after they have been checked for condition and soundness and have been found to be in good resale condition.
* The owner is responsible for shipping costs both ways if the saddle is not accepted.
*Please note that fittings are not accepted, i.e. stirrups, leathers.

*Beginning June 1st, 2007, we will be changing the way we consign saddles. Currently, Rick's Heritage Saddlery retains 20% of the final selling price of the consignment saddle. Beginning June 1st, we will be increasing our consignment fee to 25%. However, we will also be offering the option to for our customers to retain 100% of the value of their saddle by issuing a gift certificate for the full amount of the final selling price of the saddle. This gift certificate may be used at your convenience in our West Chester, PA store. Thank you for your cooperation as we move toward offering these two options for consignment.
