otherwise specified. Please No PO Boxes!
When will I see my package?
Most customers will see their in-stock items within 5 - 10 business days. We ship all orders promptly, most in stock items will ship 24-48 hours after your order has been received. Occasionally items are not in stock, if this is the case, you will be notified via e-mail or phone. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of items on back-order. On custom or special orders, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. We do not charge your credit card until items are shipped. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Refer to chart below. Alaska and Hawaii customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Free Shipping offers apply to Continental US only and apply to UPS ground shipment only. Extra shipping charges may apply due to weight/size of package or shipping destination. Internet orders only. If an order is going to incur extra shipping charges we will contact via e-mail or phone before shipment to inform you of actual shipping cost.
